SOUTH ANDROS ISLAND

Snorkeling & Nature Walks

The scenery on the island is beautiful, don't wait to see it and the world below it!

Snorkeling

The Bahamas Barrier Reef is the third longest reef in the world. The length and varieties of formations are phenomenal! Remember to breath! A number of natural reefs surrounding the island are numerous and untouched

You can walk from the shore to patch reefs that attract a variety of tropical fish. Stingrays seem to be constantly in sight from the beach - no masks needed!

Bring their own snorkel, mask and fins for comfort. We do have some masks available at the house.

Nature Walks

Admire the local nature by walking through the bush and spotting orchids and bromeliads. Watch for tropical birds or see how it feels to swim in a blue hole - the mysterious bottomless holes in the surf!

Visit The Pristine Sand Bar

A long stretch of perfect sand is located in the bay in front of the Beach House. It is filled with sand dollars and shells. Your feet will literally sink into sand four inches deep. Imagine being alone on the sand bar so you can swimming, sunbatheing, and shelling to your heart's content!
