Jeff's Beach House
2 Simple two story duplexes sit on an acre of beachfront property. Tucked away among coconut palms, hibiscus flowers and bougainvillea.

The Beach House is a 2 story/3 bedroom stone stucco house, It sits on the beach 50 feet from the Caribbean Sea. The centerpiece of the house is an upstairs family room with 8 shuttered windows, sitting area and fully equipped kitchen. A porch stretches across the second story on the beachside where amazing sunrises can be enjoyed with your morning coffee. When the whole Beach House is rented it can sleep 6-8 people comfortably.

Both the downstairs and upstairs suite can be rented separately as they each have their own entrances as well as access to a laundry room.

The Beach House Downstairs Suite offers 1 bedroom/1 bath/kitchenette and sitting area. The suite has twin beds, sofa bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan. The kitchenette offers a small fridge, stove , microwave, coffee maker, sink, cookware and kitchen table.

The Beach House Upstairs Suite offers 2 bedrooms/1 bath/family room with fully equipped kitchen and sitting area/balcony. One bedroom has twin beds and the other has a queen bunk bed. All rooms have air conditioners. The family room offers direct TV, telephone, CD player books and games. Dining in the family room can seat 6-8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker with grinder, blender, toaster, deep fryer, steamer and juicer.

Rates and Amenities

Long Term Rental - rates are negotiable based on length of stay and season.

A 6% government tax will be added to the total.
An additional $20 is charged per person per night for additional people, including children

Suite Kitchens are Equipped With:

Dishes, silverware, cookware/utensils, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee machine. A grill is also available for outdoor BBQs, as are coolers for beach picnics!

Upstairs Suite Amenities Include:

Direct Satellite TV, living/sitting area and Balcony that streches across the beachside of house.

Available Groceries/Meals

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are self-serve and at your own expense unless arrangements for a cook have been made. Local stores have groceries available, however the quantity and variety is somewhat limited compared to what you are probably used to in your hometown. Nevertheless, all the basics can be found.
Fresh baked goods and fruits and vegetables are available through small vendors. Conch, grouper, snapper, lobster (when in season) can be purchased upon availability. The local beverage store is stocked with liquor, beer and wine.

We recommend bringing specialty items with you, i.e. special foods to meet dietary needs, coffee beans, expensive wines, cheeses, etc.

There are a few small bar and grilles that serve the local fare for lunch and dinner, for dine-in or take service.

Deposit/Cancellation

One third of the total is expected by check or wire within 30 days after reservations made. If cancellation is made 30 days or less prior to arrival date the deposit will not be refunded.
